Robert Butler, Initially a Founder and Acting CFO of Marketcore, began his career at Sylvania Electric/GTE. Subsequently, he was named Senior VP of Inmont Corp, a job he also held at RCA, where he advanced to CFO of the National Broadcasting Company. Bob subsequently served as CFO of both International Paper and Celgene Corp. Recently, he was Chairman of The Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC).

Hugh Carter Donahue, Ph.D., is a public policy analyst. Hugh’s work focuses on communications applications and policies, energy policy and public opinion and public policy. His work in communications applications includes innovative information technology for credit and risk evaluation and ascription and for securitized and structured products in financial services, as well as advanced research for photovoltaic and piezoelectric fabrics and textiles. Laurence T. Fell, Former Board Member, Founder and investor, has had a more than forty-year career in Wall Street credit markets. He has been a Partner of Lehman Brothers, leading both their tax-exempt and taxable fixed income trading or sales operations. Larry has held similar positions at Smith Barney, UBS, and Alex. Brown. In addition to his management experience in credit market risk and distribution, Larry was responsible for the fixed income division of Lehman Asset Management, managing more than $5 billion in assets.

Peter Glicklich is the Managing Partner of the New York office of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and a senior tax partner with the firm. With nearly 28 years of experience, Peter has counseled public and closely held North American and foreign-based companies on their domestic and international operations and activities. He has been a practicing patent & trademark attorney and IP litigator in diverse technology areas ranging from pharmaceutical and medical products to financial and software systems for over 23 years.
